Competition Terms & Conditions for iNova’s Acitop pharmacy quiz 1 and 2:

1. The competition is open to all pharmacists or pharmacy assistants who are residents of South Africa with a valid South African ID document, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies.
2. Pharmacists will need to complete both quiz 1 and quiz 2 to enter the competition. They will need to achieve a combined score of 80% or above for the quizzes for their entry to be valid.
3. Each pharmacist or pharmacy assistant may only enter once per quiz.
4. Answer sheets are to be submitted to their iNova representative.
5. The competition is valid from 1 February 2021 – 30 June 2021.
6. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instruc­tions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules.
7. The winner will be notified by an iNova representative. The prize is 1 of 10 Alcatel 1T7 tablets valued at R1650. The prize will be handed out by an iNova representative.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
9. The governing law to apply in respect to this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa.
10. iNova collects personal information to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants’ consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
11. All entries become the property of iNova. iNova will not use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.
12. Eligible entrants’ consent to iNova using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photographs, films) in any media for an unlimited period, without any remuneration.
